I have almost 30 years of experience teaching parenting and coaching parents. I specialize in helping you navigate the challenges of parenting, from teaching responsibility and setting boundaries to working with children who are harder than typical to parent (2e/twice exceptional, learning disabilities, anxious kids). I have particular interest and training in supporting youth atheltes. Let me assist you in creating a positive and healthy environment for you and your family.
